Rainbow Wraps

  • One whole wheat wrap
  • 1 slice of your favorite low fat cheese or 1 tablespoon low fat whipped cream cheese
  •  A variety of colorful options for toppings:
    Red: tomato, red pepper, radish
    Orange: shredded carrot, orange pepper
    Yellow: yellow bell peppers hummus
    Green: spinach, lettuce, pesto, herbs, cucumber, avocado, slices of green apple
    Purple: shredded red cabbage

Preparation

  1. Assemble your vegetables and toppings in the wrap.

  2. Roll the tortilla from the bottom up, tucking in the sides as you go. Secure the wrap with a toothpick, if you like, and serve right away.
