Blueberry Thyme Fruit Salad

Serves: 6
Serving size: 1 cup

Ingredients blueberry6

  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 4 peaches or nectarines, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
  • 1 teaspoon grated peeled ginger
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel 

Preparation

1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix well.

2. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. 

3. Refrigerate leftovers.
