Turkey Vegetable Chili

Serves: Makes 5 - 1 cup servings  |  Prep Time: 5 minutes  |  Cook Time: 25 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 pound frozen ground turkey
  • 6 ounces sliced thin polish sausage
  • 2 15 ounce cans chili beans
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 15 ounce package frozen whole kernel corn
  • 1 15 ounce package frozen broccoli
  • 3 cups frozen sliced potatoes
  • 2/3 cup water

Preparation

  1. In a large sauce pan, cook ground turkey and Polish sausage over medium heat until brown.
  2. The internal temperature should be 160°F.
  3. Drain fat.
  4. Stir in chili beans, salsa, corn, broccoli, potatoes and water.
  5. Cook for 25 minutes.
